Sample Strategic Monthly Member Satisfaction Survey
A continuous survey measures member needs throughout the year. We collect member behavior and preferences year-round and trend the results from period to period. This report follows the same question set across the 13 most recent survey periods. Every chart recalculates when the reader selects a filter or a set of survey dates.
Sample Survey Conducted for a Sponsor
An association surveys its members on behalf of a sponsor, a supplier to the members' industry. The survey is usually blind: it asks about a product category, workflow software and related services for healthcare organizations. Generally, the survey names the sponsor only to measure brand recognition and brand preference.
The principal advantage of this survey type is that it generates a significant new source of non-dues revenue to the association, risk free, without depleting sponsor advertising budgets.

Sample Survey Conducted for Syndication
An association conducts a survey for its whole field and offers the survey results to members free of charge; but it charges a fee to non-members for access to the results. A salary survey, employee retention survey, and a benchmarking survey are the most common syndicated surveys.
